QiGong is a fun, easy movement form of energy work. This is a non-intellectual, non-martial art practice for cultivating health, happiness and well-being. QiGong is an ancient healing art form from the Orient. The martial arts combine QiGong with defense strategies. QiGong is for health and peace of mind. It is fun, easy to learn, and feels natural. It can be practiced anytime, anywhere by anyone, even if you are sick, disabled or paralyzed. We learn and practice how to gather Qi and move it through our bodies and minds. Wear loose-fitting clothes in layers. You can get very warm and even sweat while practicing these dance-like movements. All movements are done standing and can be modified for your physical ability.
